"Early this year I decided that I wanted to sell my co-op in Laguna Woods Village. Rather than relying on the realty company I used to buy the co-op, I decided to interview some other realtors and find the one who I felt would help me the most. Danae Aballi-Mecham had just created a flyer explaining the work she had done to sell a nearby unit and I was impressed by the obvious marketing skills present in the flyer. When I met Danae her friendliness, openness, and knowledge of the Laguna Woods housing market was very apparent. I had been having health issues before meeting her and soon afterward I was diagnosed with a very serious illness and chose to seek extensive and lengthy medical care for months in a different state but I still felt the desire and the need to sell my co-op so I asked Danae if she would be willing to represent me. During my absence Danae made a strong and effective campaign to sell the unit, keeping me informed about the market and the actions she would take. She invited me to stay involved in the sales process and to contact her if I ever had any questions or concerns, all the while expressing her sensitivity to the time and effort I had to spend focusing on my health condition.
