Early this year I decided that I wanted to sell my co-op in Laguna Woods Village. Rather than relying on the realty company I used to buy the co-op, I decided to interview some other realtors and find the one who I felt would help me the most. She invited me to stay involved in the sales process and to contact her if I ever had any questions or concerns, all the while expressing her sensitivity to the time and effort I had to spend focusing on my health condition. She found a good broker who was representing a nice and reasonable couple that had interest in buying the unit. While I was dealing with my troubling medical conditions Danae got the escrow process started and dealt with many issues to make the change in ownership of the unit occur smoothly with a minimum of stress for me.
